If you haven’t done so already, you first need to edit a line in the Fallout4.ini for the game to read loose files. Still no idea wtf I’m doing with NormalMaps. Can’t figure out how to do it without making the models VERY dark. I want to change the specular map too to make the stainless steel a lot shinier. It shore is purdy nowīeautiful wooden cabinets at the bottom, with a square stacked stone base matching the bar and a white marble countertop! All 4K resolution. It’ll come along with time of me learning. Difficult to fix, pretty sure I’m not saving it right. Also, there’s not a NormalMap for the stone yet which is a bummer, because every time I load it after saving the model gets very… dark. I cannot find that actual texture in B.A.E. Issues: The actual kitchen bar inside the original house hasn’t been replaced.

The top is white marble, with a Stacked Stone build and a square stacked stone base. In it’s 4K, Stone and Marble goodness the Kitchen Bar has been added! At the moment it only replaces the PreWar Kitchen Bar, however I will roll an update out to replace every Kitchen Bar with this version. This is a brand new handcrafted 4K Grill! Texture has been changed to 4096 size, as well as NormalMap! The bitmap in-game matches the texture precisely (after some learning how to make Normal Maps). Need to remap the grill, and include a much higher resolution version of such.

Re-textured the Pre-War Grill (which can also be used in Post-War world with cip3000’s “Project Modern House” mod).

My goal is to replace all of the textures, bitmaps, and normal map with higher resolution versions of each Pre-War piece of furniture, cabinets, walls, etc. Best used with cip3000’s “Project Modern House” mod. of the Pre-War time for a much more modern and realistic approach using materials from real-world items. Here I re-texture the furniture, cabinets, etc. The furniture in the Pre-War era is too bright, and the color gives off a cartoon vibe to me.
